CCR error

Hello Gurus,

                     While doing CCR in APO ,system throwing error "Schedule line without external number does not exist in R/3"against purchase

requisitions & eventually no transfer of purchase requisitions to R/3

Please let me know your inputs.

Please check if the distribution definition for External procurement is maintained or not in the configuration in APO system under publication in Basic setting for initial data transfer.

Hi Milind,

It would be helpful if you supplied the message number along with the text. 

Some questions:

What version and SP level of ECC and APO do you have?

Is there any more information in the application log (CFG1)? 

Is it happening for all materials?

Do you have an active integration model for purchase requisitions? 

Are you using CIF Postprocessing?

Hi Maclean,

                     Thanks for your inputs provided,Issue is resolved now.

In CFG1,I was able to see error log in detail about purchase requisitions & it was related to G/L account XXXX is missing ,some materials are having missing purchasing view etc.
