Hello,
In my system, java updated 7, After that I can't able open ESR,
I did following solutions, but not worked.
1. Deleting the java caches ( from Java cache Viewer).
2. From PI home page -> Administration -> Repository->Java Web Start Administration->restore Archives and Generate New Signature.
3. Un-installed Java 7. and Installed Java 5 (JDK 1.5 and JRE 1.5).
4. Deleted all temp files from IE.
But still I can't able to open the ESR.
I am having now JAVA 1.5.0_22.
Here I can Open Integration Directory But not ESR.
getting following error message screen shot.
Can you plz tell me any other solutions?
Regards,
Khaja.
hello,
Thanks to all.
The problem is solved by re-starting the JAVA stack of PI server, with out changing anything.

Hi,
Go to Control Panel of your system - Click on java -> In the next windows click on Java Tab and then click View. It will open one windows which will show java versions installed in your system.
please select platform 1.6 and product of 1.6.0_xxx . You need to enable this and delete java platform which you don't require.
Also clean up the temporary files of java cache.
