Purchase order - Max total value per Role ?

Hi guys,

    I would like to allow that a specific role can send a Purchase Order up to determined value.

    Can I do this by role?

Hi,

There is a possibility to limit a users spending via their assigned Role. If you go to transaction PFCG in the SAP Gui of your SRM system. You go to the role you wish to change eg. /SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER and then under the Personalisation tab you can add a object called: 'BBP_SPENDING_LIMIT'. This is then a value above which approval is necessary.
