Spool Request has no Output Request

Hello All,

I generated a spool which I can see in SP01. Here it has all the information like printer Name, document needs to be printed etc. However when I tried to process this spool, the processing program didn't process this spool. While looking into the spool I noticed that the spool has no output requests. Can anyone please let me know where can I see to make sure that Output Request will be generated?

Were you able to see the output type in the document that should be printed ??

dear,

first of all, run SU3 - Defaults

and look at 'Spool Control' data

this is my example:

make sure the Output device is correct ;

make sure you have ticked ON the output immediately;

create a new spool req.

does the problem come again?

if yes - please try to re-print it:
