Receive E-mail from xyz@hotmail.com OR xyz@gmail.com into sap business workplace

Hi,

I have a requirement to receive e-mail from xyz@hotmail.com into sap business workplace.

before i configured for sending a e-mail from sap to outlook its working fine.

How to do it ?

Hi Ruchit,

I have configured the scot settings,created a profile parameters in RZ10 and restat the application server.

still i cannot receive the mails from outside to SAP inbox but i can send the emails from SAP to external id like outlook, gmail and hotmail.

How to solve the issue ?

Hello Vimal,

Have you made the setting mentioned in Step#5 of OSS note 455140. Without that this thing won't work.

Could you please give the more information about routing rules that assign a mail host/ or port to address area (Step#5 of OSS note 455140).

How to assign routing rules ?
