Global search not working?

Hello Guys,

We are just upgraded from sourcing5.1 to Sourcing7.0 and we are facing issue in global search functionality.

We have followed all the steps given in configuration guide but still it is not working.

Can anyone help us in making it work and let us know if we are missing something?

Which wild cards are you using for global search?

There are restrictions on wild card use.
