Align Material Req Date with Latest Start date of the activity

Hello all,

I understand that material assigned to a NWP/Activity can be alligned with EARLIEST start/End date of any activity. But requirement is to align the material requirement date with the latest start date of the activity? is it possible?

I know we can Add constraint as "Latest Start" and this will make float zero and link material req date with the earliest/latest  (both are same in this case). But i want irrespective of the constraint material req date should be aligned to latest start and not earliest start?

I think you can make it aligned with latest start date only if you choose constraint as 'latest possible'

In case you want to align it with 'latest start date' only without using constraint, I would suggest to use enhancement for the same.

There are plenty of enhancement spots available in ECC 6.0 which can help you change the requirement date= latest start date.
