SEND_SOLUTIONS_TO_SAP: Could not determine information for solution xxxxxxxxx

Hello Guru's,

in our SolMan 7.01 SPS28 the job SM:SEND_SOLUTIONS_TO_SAP canceled with the following error:

Could not determine information for solution 000000905210000.

But i can't find a solution with this number.

Has someone a suggestion?

1666799 Job "SM:SEND_SOLUTIONS_TO_SAP" ends with status "Canceled"

To address the job SM:SEND_SOLUTIONS_TO_SAP cancelling.

OK, i debugged RDSMOPCOLLECTSOLUTIONDATA.

The solution has the flag deleted. But the report wants to send data, but the deleted solution has no data. This exception is not catched. So the report crashes.

Now i have found the table where the solution is selected by report.

Is it advisable to delete the entries?

Is your solman supporting mutiple customer number? You need to ensure correct customer number in enter in table V_AISAPCUSTNOS

yes our solman supporting mutiple customer number. They are correct in V_AISAPCUSTNOS i think.

It is a long time ago since we customized it.

Sorry, but the points in this thread are all fine in our SolMan. Only the SEND_SOLUTIONS_TO_SAP cancel with error.
