Hello Experts,

I need to configure the Service desk in new installed solution manager server 7.0 EHP1.

The follwing are the support pack components exising in the solman.

SAP_BASIS 701

SAP_ABA 701

ST-PI 2008_1_700

PI_BASIS 701

SAP_BW 701

CRMUIF 500

SAP_AP 700

BBPCRM 500

CPRXRPM 400

BI_CONT 704

ST 400

ST-A/PI 01L_CRM570

ST-ICO 150_700

ST-SER 701_2008_2

Now I need to configure the Service desk in solution manager server 7.0 EHP1.

1.Could please someone provide the Step by step Service desk configution guide for Solution manager server 7.0 EHP1 version.

2. What is the difference between Incident management and Service desk?.

concept remain the same like you need master data

IBASE for all systems

BP for all users

Authorizations

etc

except ITSM and other features which are only in 7.1.

Hi,

you can, but best to look doc for 7.0 ehp1.

we too have separate guide too as the blog format, but due to scn migration we lost that

this is the one

But no worries, we have some where captured all the stepss in the blog
