Regd HTTP URL in HTTP_AAE adapter in PI 7.31 Java only installation

Hi,

We are using PI7.31 Java only stack and my Scenarios is Idoc to HTTP_AAE.

Now customer provided HTTP URL as "http://ab.ba.xyz.com:9999/invoke/FadevDriverURL.Public/Publish?payloadType=INT-1.0&subject=Order&toO...". (When we send the data from SOAP UI tool it is going success).

In receiver HTTP_AAE Com channel at host place i am giving value as "ab.ba.xyz.com", Port as "9999" and URL giving as rest of the thing. It is not going to success, its trying and finally giving timeout error.

Now changed the URL (Host and port are same) to "/invoke/FadevDriverURL.Public/Publish"   and provided the remaining parameters as dynamically (Using dynamic config UDF, check DC_UDF screenshot) and taking these values in Com channel (Check CC_Params screenshot). Still it is showing success.

Could you please suggest me Am I missing any thing, or any service we need to active?
