Shopping cart stays in sourcing after being added to the PO

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 7.1.

Can someone please confirm the standard behaviour for the below scenario:

When I add a shopping cart item to an existing PO and if that PO is "awaiting approval",should the shopping cart item still appear in Sourcing(if the shopping cart item was available in sourcing before adding to the PO) till the PO is approved OR the shopping cart item should immediately disappear from sourcing once it is added to the PO?

Please advise.

It should disappear.

Please, check if note 1168632 can be applied in your system.

Thanks Ricardo.

I had to apply note Note 1432540 - Sourcing relevant flag is not updated properly to fix the issue.

However the status update was not happening as mentioned in note 1168632 so had to apply that too!

Hello NM,

Please refer Note 1381373 - FAQ: General Sourcing Cockpit Issues This note is mainly for SRM 4 and 5 which refer the General Sourcing Cockpit Issues where Items are not drop from SOCO once Follow-on document in your case PO is created. This could be issue with standard Jobs not running.

Shopping cart should disapper when its added to PO.
