Hi experts,

we implement the new CRM based on 702 - so with web ui.

I know, that I can make an automatically team finding for example based on the ibase.

Is there also a possibility, to make the team finding based on categories?

It is possible to auto determine support team using category. Please refer to the below link for more details on how to do it.

Hi,

One questio is not solved.

How do I get the field "Category 1, Category 2, ..." for the container in the rules?

There already is a field named "category", but this is another one.

So how can I find out the structure and field name to append the categories to the rules-container?
