Error during installation of SAP solution manager

Hi experts

I  am getting a error during the solution manager installation. The error appear during the creation of Java user. please help me.

Can you please paste the last 100 lines of the sapinst_dev.log found under the installation directory.

Patch the kernel to the latest version and see if it resolves the issue.

before you running to this sapinst , did you finish SQL database installation , and have you keep the same 3 digit system id as per solman id .. ??

SQL data base is already install in my system when we install SAP in our system.
