hi ,i faced an issue in ecc , outboundque smq1 ,in that ques status are showing as SYSFAIL, and the information is '""""logical system name changed,see oss note 588701""", how to resolve it, points will assign

Silly question, but have you checked SAP Note 588701?
apart from silly or not,do you know how to achieve it .

Use browser and go to http://service.sap.com/notes and search note number 588701. You have to provide S-user for login.
