pricing requirement

Hello Team,

This is one of the pricing requirement Kindly advice to me how can take it forward.

Net Price: 10$

Planed Net price: 12$

I have a requirement when SO price is 10$ there system automatically needs to check planned net price 12$. If it is a Net price is below than planed net price, system should create a notification for approval for finance department.

Net price is calculating like base price-discount-xx (15-2-3) in the sales order which is not from condition record. Planed Net price: 12$ not maintained in system as of now.

These are questions from my side ----

1. 1. How system will cross check with these two price condition type while creating SO with respect to condition if it is price below than planed net price. ? -do we need to write the routines ?
2. 2. If it is a Net price is below than planed price system should create a notification for approval for finance department---How we can set up workflow or any other process is there?
3. 3. Until unless getting approve from finance it should block the SO. -can we do with status profile if it is yes please explain the process..
4. 4. Once approved the user can follow for next process in SO.

You have to try with USEREXIT_PRICING_CHECK (module pool SAPMV61, program MV61AFZA to achieve this requirement.  Through standard customization, it is not possible to achieve.
