AWR report data not comming in DEV server

Hi expert,

In our QTY server DBACOCKPIT traction  "Diagnostic package for Oracle systems" is checked and i can generated the AWR report

but same case in DEV server this check box is unchecked and not able to genrate the report.

both s/m are same patch level and same confriguiation.

ECC 6.0 oracle 10.0.2.4 on HPUX.

basis SP patch level-18

how can i  check this function " Diagnostic package for Oracle systems" ???

i read lots of notes but not get the proper solution

Have you updated table ORA_FEAT_USED as mentioned in note 1028068?

Is note 1250596 correctly implemented in your system?

Thanks Note  1250596  not implemented on any server  & All DEV and QTY SERVER  table ORA_FEAT_USED contains nothing.

Hi table ora_feat_used does  not exist.
