MDM Import manager -upload catalog items for more suppliers

Dear Experts,

I'm trying to upload catalog items using Excel in MDM Import manager.

1. First i had uploaded all the suppliers to the Data manager.

2. I started uploading catalog items for any one supplier (ABC) and saved the mapping files.

3. Then I tried to upload other catalog items for different supplier (XYZ) with the same saved map file.

Here, In Import manager the system assign/Map all the fields but the supplier is not getting auto mapped.

I need to select AutoMap/Map in the value mapping area to get enable the Execute Import button.

Do i need to do any configuration settings or this is a standard behaviour.

Can you please help to provide solution on this.

HI,

When the data has changed for supplier field then you always have to manually map the data only and not the field itself.

Thanks for your update,

Then we need to do this auto mapping for each supplier and if there are 1000 suppliers, we need to auto map 1000 times once.

Pl confirm.

Hi Appum

When you have a map already define for one supplier you can use the same for the rest no need to map 1000 times.
