RNOTIFUPDATE07 is terminating with error "The system could not find your SAP customer notification system user

Hi Experts,

I am running RNOTIFUPDATE07 using SE38 however it is terminating with the message

The system could not find your SAP customer notification system user

I am logging in with an ID which is assigned for customer notification. Where I can check this setting using what tcode?

Your early help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Piyush,

The report RNOTIFUPDATE07 is only relevant in the case of ISV (Independent Software Vendors). Are you using this scenario?

If you are a "normal" customer or a VAR, use RNOTIFUPDATE01.

Thanks for your reply. We have both running. RNOTIFUPDATE01 was already scheduled , I added RNOTIFUPDAT07. We are maintenance support VAR for BOBJ solutions. If I go by what you say then I will have to remove the schedule of RNOTIFUPDATE07.

But I am at a loss to do so, tried with SM37 but with no success. Any suggestion.

Also I checked just now RNOTIFUPDATE01 is also giving similar error.

Any help is highly appreciated as our Basis guy is on medical and we need to fix this.
