Windows 7 (64bits) and Ancicle UPerform Client 4.4

Hi,

i have a problem trying to install UPerform Cliet 4.4 (4.40.0.21) on a Windows 7 (64bits)

I use the same Company and Prodcut Key that i use to install the 4.10.0.17 Version on Windows XP Sp3, but i always get

The combination of Company Name an Product Key you entered is not valid. Please confirm the values.

I check the needed components

.Net 3.5 (is on the Windows 7)

VC

VJ

and are installed

Any clue?

Hi.

Each change in Version and Release, it's need a new Key.

Hi there,

If this is an upgrade, we may have a new licence key available for you.

Once you create a message under component XX-PART-ANC we can check against your customer name on the message.
