text from order to delivery

Dear Experts,

I have created new text type, new access sequence and maintained all this in previously defined text determination procedure for item in sales order,and i am getting that text in sales order, but when i create delivery with reference to sales order , i am not getting that text  at item level.

Kindly suggest what is missing?

Sorry experts ,

I had mainatined text determination for delivery also, as per link provided by jignesh, but i was testing with order created in DE language , hence text was appearing in De only, and in EN login it was not visible.

thanks for kind reply, i have made an asignment to delivery now.

and i am getting desired text ie text label at delivery item.

but when i maintain any value in this text label , it does not copy from order to delivery, though i have marked refer/duplicate switch.

Hello,

You do not want to change the Text in Delivery?

But in SAP standard, Text can be changed in the subsequent documents. Probably you will have to go for Enhancement & make the required Text ID non-modifialbe in Delivery Doucment.

you can set the tax procedure , like 01 for order , 02 for delivery ,

here for 01 maintain the text ids 0001,0002,0003

here note down the access sequence , this same access sequence can assign at level header also maintain the same text ids

her requirement also maintain for VBRK,

after do the delivery header text settigns

here select your text procedure , display text ids

here assign the same text ids, access sequence  also same ,

what ever you assign the sale order level , that tax id and access sequence also ,

after you can normal assignment ,

please try this and conform

Thanks for such a brief reply,

But i have already done all this assignments , and i am getting that text (text type) in the delivery item, but when i maintain any value at text ex. text label-  1234 etc. , i dont get the same in delivery,

That too, when my colleague in german is trying to check the same in german language,he is able to see the text value in delivery.
