AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA error solman 7.1

Dear team,

I am setting as var
solman_7.1 but when running the job
REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT or
AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA program
does not create the systems in the smsy
or ibase in ib52.

tx ib_gen

the job completes successfully but does not create the systems in the smsy or ib52 and in the ib_gen not let me generate.

attach document step by step with the error, the job log and

information on

the configuration of the system.

help?

Additionally try to build systems for ib_gen and throws me the

following

error:

Generation finished. For detailed information go to the

application log.

The log in SLG1 displays the error:

Object not found

- will be created.

Storage form of product ID not yet defined in

Customizing

Failed to save object % 1 (Object family 7001).

Tcode COMCPRFORMAT: create an entry:

Prod. ID Length: 40

Tcode COMCMATERIALID:  Maintain Groups (F6)

select group  ALM_OBJ_7002 - press "Select Element (F2) -

mark checkbox "Group Without Text" - press "Assign Element Group" (F5)

Save

After that repeat generate IBases in IB52.
