Material ##### is not listed and therefore not allowed

Dear experts,

I am getting the error Material #### is not listed and therefore not allowed, when I am adding a new material to an existing sales order.

Kindly guide how to resolve.

Hello Pranab,

This type of Error message is displayed when you have Material determination configured in your SAP

system.

In such case,in the Orders for the Customer will accept only those Materials which are maintained in the Conditions records in T- code -VB03.

Please check the Conditon record in VB03 for Customer with Condition type as "LISTING".

Please let me know incase of any queries/clarifications.
