After Note 1239937, Can not get custom tcodes in new ITS screen format

Hello Experts,

After Note 1239937 implementation, we were able to fix all LMxx screens with the new screen format. But when we execute custom T codes from LM01 , system still displays old type screens which are very big in screen size and not fitting in scanner.Please see attached. Can some one help on how to bring the custom tcodes(screens) into new  screen format?

Also I am getting some additional tool bar that has some push buttons.In fact I dont need this tool bar . For example : Calling next Screen
