Order reschedule on DS board

Hello Gurus,
                                

Trying to reschedule planned orders on DS board for FG product & order was scheduled as per requirement however found that
system doesn't reschedule orders for dependent semifinished materials till last level of BOM

Is the std behaviour of the system if yes than How to align orders till last level of BOM with FG order.

Yes, this is standard in most APO scenarios.  Actually, it is standard in most planning systems, not just SAP APO.

In some companies, after rescheduling the FGs orders, they will run a mass heuristic to realign the SFG and Raw Material Supply elements to the shifted FGs dependent demand,  Other companies who need instantaneous feedback will use a planning procedure that automatically runs a heuristic when such changes are made.

Hi Milind,

You can run SAP_PP_010 top down heuristics from DS board  to adjust dates post reschduling.

Also you can try rescheduling with strategy parameters  checkbox consider dynamic pegging checked

  Could you please share set up for planning procedure to run heuristics automatically                   

I tried also SAP_PP_010 in planning run with object as a order & selected all the orders However systems has done rescheduling just one level below instead of all the levels.

Could you please share set up for post rescheduling with heuristics.
