Hi ,
We want to use adobe form as off line data collection tool,
i am wondering that is it possible to verify the form has not been modified by
user using editor like life designer or adobe professional?
is there some kind of digital siganature to indicate the form design has been modified?
best regards.
Jun
Hello Jun,
It is possible to apply a "<a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/db/aafb211ead420faeeaa24e99eb5f41/frameset.htm">document certification</a>" to the PDF form. This means that the PDF is digitally signed on the ADS. As a result of this users can only enter data into fields; any modification of the form design would break this signature. More information can be found <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/18/ecb69017ad4765855425b97f666470/frameset.htm">here</a>...
Regards,
Philipp
