Hi Experts,
We have a difficulty with counting licenses in our SAP ECC system. We do not have one composite role per user principe. So users end up being assigned 4-7 composite roles.
So it would not be an option to count it based on roles.
Has someone tried to do it based on usage of application? Would you recommend it, or it is better to use a different approach? How is it done efficiently?
Thanks.
Regards,
Tatiana

Hi,
User license cannot be counted based on roles. User licenses are based on professional or non-professional users. And definition of professional and non-professional users are defined in EULA. You can also contact SAP Account Manager.
Thanks
