Hello,
My experience tells me that in cProjects, it is not possible to have phases without a predecessor phase filled in, except if it's the first phase. Except for the first phase, all the next phases are obliged to have a predecessor phase.
As we know, in real life it's possible to have a phase starting in parallel with another.
Is it possible to have phases without the predecessor phase filled in?
Thank you.

Not sure if this will meet your requirement, but you can release tasks individually from the subsequent phases before completing the current phase. This will allow you to execute and send out tasks which are not part of the current phase.

hi,
You can make phases starting in parallel with another.
By enhancing DPR_SCHEDULING BADI method IF_EX_DPR_SCHEDULING~STRICT_BOTTOM_UP assigning 1 to rv_strictly . This assignment will remove all relationships between phases.
