Error after posting VF01

Dear All expert,

I got a error message after posting VF01

Express document "Update was terminated" received from author "User"

The number range is updated but doesn't show the FI number.

How can i do?

Any suggestion?

Hi,

Check your inbox-->sbwp and or ST22 and send the error message. As others have already suggested you, it can be number range problem (overlapped, especially when client copy has been done) or check your printer (instead of printing immediately, make it as option 3. Also check printer settings and or the spool if its overflowing)

Can't solve it.

Check your output master record settings in t.code VV32. Change the output transmission medium time from 4 -print immediately to 3-send with application own transmission and test.

Dear Ratana

May be there are already some documents exist for the number range you have assigned.

So each time you save VF01 the number range gets updated but it doesnot save the data because some previous documents are already present in the system with that document number.

So please check the number range you created in VN01.

Assign the new fresh number range if in case to your billing document type

Hope this will solve.

But didn't solve my problem
