Hi experts
we use SAP ESS for travel and expenses.
but we got problems with travel assistant in ESS.
some employee got "add employee" and "Remove employee" button,
but some employee just got personalization.
we already give same roles SAP_FI_TV_TRAVEL_ASSISTANT
they also got same roles for portal
Am I missing any configuration?
please help.
thanks
You have to first assign employees before you can add and remove employees so that could be why some of the users firstly have the buttons because the list is already existing!
Maybe this wiki will help you also

thanks

Hi,
Are they able to add the buttons through "personalization"?
You could try to do a personalization data cleanup in the portal (on 7.3 Support->pcd tools->personaliztion data cleanup).

Hi Inez,
you are not missing any configuration in my opinion. It should work "out of the box" when the respective Role is assigned. Please check:
- whether the Role assignments or Profile assignments of the said users differ in any case (maybe one of them has SAP-ALL? Or are they completely identical?)
- whether something has been personalized by a user. You can find this out using the Webdynpro WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_USER.
Cheers, Lukas
