check QCC3--->inspection lot creation---->inspection at shipping--->Assign inspe lot origin to Delivery type.-->check order type and assign inspection type say 10 against it.
If STO as far as sales is concern then this setting shold be sufficeint.

Sir,
Thnaks for your reply but still we r stucked up,We have have given inspection lot origin as 10 to delivery types LR,ZJF AND ZNL,furher we have given inspection type 10,11 and 12 fo deliver category 10 ,11 and 12.Further from supplyig plant we made manual STO againts old stcok in FG for receiving plant.Further we made delivery for that item and no stock comes in quality inspection and direct PGI is possible. What can be other causes where we are doing mistakes.one thing is that one lot is pending as status LTCA CALC for inspection type 04 in QA32,i dont think it will make any effect. In addition are are using old stock in FG and inspection plan with usage 6,and inspection type 10 in material master are made now so it shoud also not effect. In short we have followed procdure
PROCEDURE
Step1 -Assign Inspection Lot Origin to Delivery Type
Step 2 - Assign Inspection Type to Delivery Category
Step 3– Assign inspection type (10) in material master (MM02) or for mass (QA08).
Step 4- Make in inspection plan in (QP01) with usage 6 (goods issue)
After completing the delivery by dispatch department an inspection lot will be created for inspection.
Step 5 – Do results recording and usage decision.
Pl tell chances where we may have done errors.
Thanks in Advance

It sounds like you are using an STO and are trying to create and inspection for the delivery of the STO.
But I believe you need to be using an 08 inspection type on these.

Once you activate type 10 it is active for all customers and deliveries for that material.
If you do not want a customer to have a type 10 inspection lot created, then in the QV51 record you must specify inspection as "by customer". You must do this for each customer/material combination that you do not want inspections for.

hi,
First of all, if u want inspection against OB delievery than u need to configure the settings in QM. Assign inspection type against the Delivery Type.
Secondly, if u want TSO aginst the sales order than first u clear that which mvt type u r using for STO, for STO there are following inspection type which u may use for inspection like 02 and 08 it is totally based on MVT type that u r using for your STO.
so u need to activate 10/04 and 02 0r 08 fot sto in QM view.
regards
