Excise tab is not appearing at item level while doing Gr ,But it is showing in header level

Excise tab is not appearing while doing Gr But it is showing in header level,Can any one help me on this

Hi Vijay,

Excise tab in GR is totally depends on the "Material Excise Details" maintained in J1ID. The "Excise Tab" at "Header level" will be displayed if J1ID (Material Excie Details) is maintained for any of one material of the GR, system doesn't checks for all the materials from GR are maintained in J1ID or not.

Whereas the "Excise tab" at "Item Level" depends on the material excise details maintained in J1ID. In your case you are getting excise tab at "Header" level, it means that, some materials or one material from GR, is maintained in J1ID.

Now, check material excise details are maintained in J1ID for the materials for which excise tab is not visible at "Item Level" in GR. If the excise details are not maintained for these materials in J1ID then maintain it and check it again in GR, the excise tab will appear at item level also.

Is there are more than one line item in your GR?

if yes please check for each line item is  there excise tab ?
