Receiver file channel error

Hello All,

While activating the receiver communication channel I am getting below error:

"Unable to check whether communication channel is compatible with selected Adapter Engine since version information for Adapter Engine is missing in the SLD"

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this

Hi

Try to clear the SLD Cache and restart the directory service, your problem should be resolved.

Seems, ur PI component (adapter engine) registration is incomplete.

there are probably some more errors associated with this one in NWA logs

so please have a look at them and then:
