is SAP Travel Management is free with ECC6 ?

Hi Guys,

               We are looking to implement SAP Travel Management and also looking for alternative by designing WebDynpro, Workflow and Portal.

is SAP Travel Management is free with ECC6 ?

I need store accommodation allowance by city n state.. is there any standard table maintained in SAP for this ?

Dear Sam,

yes Travel is included in ERP license. But be carfully if you will use Employee Self-Services you need a ESS and maybe a MSS license for each user.

Professional users will be charged out of your license agreement with SAP.

To implement new WebDynpro for ABAP user interface you will need ECC 6.0 with Enhancement Package 2 (activated FIN_TRAVEL 1) Prerequisite is 4.7 extension sets!

Accomodation allowance are stored in standard view V_T706U

we already using ESS & MSS.

I am wondering how much amount of time would be needed to implement Travel Management module in SAP.

Hii, maybe if you want to configure SAP Travel management with workflow and ESS, all about 3-4weeks should be enough. as long as you don't have many custom program or user exit.
