Error while log in HU2 SAP Systemswith default password

Hi,

I am not able to log in HU2 SAP systems, even giving correct credentials. It keep on saying client name or password is not correct.

This is very first time I am trying to access web systems.

There is an option to raise a message in CA-SOA-SWP, but don't know exact location to log it.

Can anyone in the group help on this.

Hi Nidhi,

I checked your account in HU2. Actually it was locked due to too many wrong attempts. According to the log you set a new productive password, but then you were not able to log on with it. Sounds a bit like an unintended CAPS-lock or similar issue.

I reset the password to the initial password given in your welcome e-mail that you kindly sent to our support inbox.
