Problem in printing material document

Hi All

When my client trying to print material document (Created through movt type 309) through tcode MB02  or MB90,message getting displayed as

no messages exist

When I checked the material document in display mode in tcode MIGO the check box by the side of print symbol is ticked.Please find the attached document.Is this document is already printed if yes what settings is required to print it again.

If it is printed one time then you can print another output through MB90 .Select processing mode 2 repeat output to get another output.
