Baselining the Project Schedule

Hi,

We have a functionality of baselining the project schedule in MPP, do we have a similar functionality in SAP PS scheduling.

I want to save/freeze the final schedule and then want to see Gantt chart/Bar chart with 2 lines one wth the basic/baselined dates and other with the revised dates.

Is this possible?

Hi,

You can try to save the baseline scheduling as version A (approved/baseline version) in the starting of the project in CN72.

Then after every month keep create versions which will become the plan Vs actual for that month.

You can have version comparisions in CN41N so that what changes have been taken place from base line to current month versions.
