Hi
We create customer accounts from business partners automatically, my problem is when i create business partners sometimes the system does not create a customer account. If the system fails to create a create a customer account the first time, we can't create a customer account for that BP i.e. the system will not create a customer account for the business partner. we have resorted to creating one business partner many times until the system creates a customer account. Can someone please help.

Usually this happens when all the mandatory fields required for FI Customer creation aren't populated from the RE BP entries. Try checking in this line as well.

You can find the reason for not creating customer in postprocessing office.
Path : SAP Easy Access\Cross-application components\postprocessing office\display postprocessing order.
To get this log, first you have to activate PPO request in config. Path: SPRO\Cross-application components\master data synchronization\synchronization control\synchronization control\Activate PPO request for 'BP'
