SAP Tutor Error - Switch Stopped working on windows 7

Hi Folks,

I am installing SAP tutor to do some recording for my users.

The product looks like sick, I am really sorry but i am trying to install and record since last 3 days and not working at all.

i am attaching the error here.

Hi Jaydeep,

I am tying to resolve the "Sap Tutor Switch has stopped working" issue for Sap Tutor 2.0.13, but I could not,

the 2.0.13 version is working fine in XP but not in Win7 (Production machine but working fine in clean win7 build). Kindly help me if you got the solution for this.

i remember , i tried installing different versions and found one at that time compatible to windows 7 - and i did recording
