ERP Contract after SRM RFX process

Hi All!

It´s possible to create by standard customizing an ERP contract after awarding an RFx?

Please if you have details of the implementation (doc, print screen, ABAP code) let me know.

It is standard process of creating contract after the RFx process.

In case of classic scenario system creates contract in ERP system.

For configuration please check the config guide in service market place for your SRM version.

Hi Malay,

We are talking about only RFX functionality in SRM, no Central Contract Management.

With CCM: RFX --> Central Contract --> Distributed ERP contract

Without CCM: RFX --> ERP contract using customizing?

You are right. That is how it should be.

We faced the same issue. If it is classic scenario and CCM is enabled, system still try to create ERP contract.

We solved that through enhancement.

You can use the BADI "BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS" and and method "CONTRACT_LOGSYS_DETERMINE"

for With CCM: RFX --> Central Contract --> Distributed ERP contract
