Mapping program is not available in runtime cache

Hi PI Gurus,

We have a scenario proxy to WS (SOAP) Sync scenario. This interface was working in the past in DEV but now we are getting below error:-

MAPPING.NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND Interface mapping

Object ID 82AD57957EC93D18973AA6D5555F8F28

Software Component

C335B080588311DFBA10FE200AD4959D does not exist in

runtime cache

This same interface is working in quality. I have done the complete cache refresh, activated the mapping again but still getting the same error.

Can anyone guide me for this issue.

Hi Krishna,

Please check the Cache Status in RWB for Mapping runtime. And then do Data Cahe refresh  from XI Home Page -> Administration->Repository->Data Cahe-> Mapping Runtime Java, if necessary.

Hi All,

Thanks for your valuable inputs.

The problem was in the Value mapping, there was some wrong entries in the mapping that caused the error.

Hi Krishna,

Sometime this type of error occurs when the receiver system sends the empty response and PI cant able to determine the suitable mapping program..so check the payload of the recived message and also try to refresh the CPA cache may be cache in an inconsistent state.
