GTS Prod Master - Text entry not possible for legal regulation and numbering scheme

When setting the ECCN/ICCN code on a product in the GTS Product Master under the "Legal Control" tab, there is an option to "Enter Comments." When I click on the "Enter Comments" button, I receive the following error message. Does anyone know why?

Hi Christopher,

If you want to maintain comments while doing classification of the product master you need to assign the text determination procedure related to classification in the following menu path.

Go to IMG--Gloabl Trader services--General Settings--Customs Products--Configure Text determination procedure for classfication comments

Then choose New entries and enter your legal regulation and numbering scheme and choose text determination procedure CLA.

For example: EU(legal regualtion)-ECCN(Numbering Scheme)-CLA(Text DP)

Once you have maintained this saved you can able to enter comments in product master under legal control tab.
