Dear experts,
We have a requirement where tolerance limits for GR & IV maintained zero in SRM. But we want to allow the recipients to do over receipting (PO confirmations more than the quanity that is mentioned in PO line item).
Following are the error messages we are getting, here I need some expert input regarding changing error message status to warning message.
I did not find any configuration to change this standard message type.
Tried to modify via SM31 in table T100S, but that does not hold the required message number.
Can some one help me on it??
Message are, number & description:
BBP_IV 080 Quantity too high (tolerance limit of &1 &2 exceeded)
/SAPSRM/PDO_CONF 095 Back-end purchase order quantity exceeded by &1 &2
Best regards,
Krish
Hello Krish,
I assume you are on SRM 7.0. Please refer to http://scn.sap.com/thread/1916443 thread where steps are explained on how to set up error message into warning message. First you have to maintain table entry in BBPC_PDMSG for your message types then under configuration you have to influence that into warning message.
Hope this helps.
Thank you
Ritesh
