Hi All,
we replicate the HR org model OM from our HR system to our SRM system.
Now we have the problem that some of our employees are only stored with/in HR mini master without info type 0006 (subtype 1) and that causes during the replication that the business partner (BP) is not created. The result is an inconsistent user, when i check them with ta USERS_GEN.
Infotype 0006 is mandatory, see sap note Note 312090 - Integration HR - EBP/CRM
Do you have any idea to solve the problem?
Best regards,
Ben
Ben,
Check if the user master data ,for those failed users, have USERID mapped to them in HR system. Also, see if the address details are maintained for those users in HR system.
Thanks,
Jagadish

Hello,
Create this infotype/subtype in ECC.
Run the txn PFAL in ECC for these employee ids.
If you have configured change pointers and scheduled job RBDMIDOC, the changes should come to SRM.
Once the above is done, run program HRALXSYNC and the error should go away.

Sushil.

Hi,
we can not create the infotype in ECC manually because the master data comes from a third party application imported with a Z_BAPI. The third party application does not have address data. We don´t want to create dummy infotypes.
Is there a way on SRM (7.0) side to enhance the business partner creation? We could derive the country value to create the business partner adress only with the country code.
Best regards,
Ben
