Problem SICF - Inactive services

I'm not able to activate any service in the transaction SICF.

All services are in blue when they should be in black when they are active.

When I choose the option to activate and refresh the same one I still inactive. When I test the services you receive the error message: "Could not find host or port information"

Does anyone have any idea what it is?

Hello,

Check if profile parameter is/HTTP/virt_host_1 can be found in system. You can check this value executing FM TH_GET_VIRT_HOST_DATA and using the following parameters:

PROTOCOL                    1 (for HTTP port)

VIRT_IDX                        1

LOCAL                           1

The parameter is/HTTP/virt_host_1 was found in system (transaction RZ11)

I executed the function TH_GET_VIRT_HOST_DATA and the result was

"Exception NOT_FOUND"

What I can do in this case?
