dear All ,

in result recording i have DIAMETER as my mic with single result recording indicator in the MIC .

The upper and lower Value is 1 MM to 5 MM

Now when i am  entering the result why : The mean value in result is calculated . in my sampling procedure i have not mentioned mean value as valuation mode ?

i dont want the system to calculate mean as result here shown in red box , pl guide.

When you have "Quantitative char" & You select the anyy of the "summerize " or "single " result recording,system calculate/display the "mean value" of the results entered in the "Overview screen" of the result recording even if you have manual valuation.

Refer std statement of SAP :

• For characteristics with single-value recording the system automatically calculates the mean value after each valid measured value is entered.
