Shopping cart status

Hi,

SRM 7.0

User cannot able to view all the shopping carts created by him in shopping cart status , where as all the shopping carts can be viewed in Monitor shopping cart transaction. Issue is some SC are missing in shopping cart status where as the missed ones are visible in Monitor shopping cart. The missing SC are created by the same user and shop on behalf functionality is not used.

Any light on this issue would be appreciated.

Hello,

In POWL there is checkbox "including completed shopping carts".

It should be marked if shopping cart process flow is completed.

Hello,

Do you mean that user are not able to see the shopping carts in their POWL Query but they are able to find it in Monitor Shopping cart query? If so then those shopping carts could be completed fully processed i.e. Goods Receipt created for the carts. Per standard behavior, Any Shopping cart whose PO and GR created gets drop down from the POWL list.

Hello Sudhakar,

I would recommend you to see if those shopping cart by mistake checked as Team Carts? If so then in POWL filter you have to check box the Team Carts button in order to view the carts.
