Front End printing problem

Hi All ,

We recently Updated EHP5 on our ERP 6.0 EHP4 system running on MSCS with two Nodes.After the upgrade users were facing problem with the front end printing.When they try to print work orders IW38 Tcode ,first time the pop-up saplpd doesn't show up..second time it prints ,thrid time again it didn't.Printing is disappearing into “thin air”.

I can see the below errors in spool trace file on Node 2 only.Is there a connection problem between Node 1 and Node 2.Does anybody have idea on how to fix this issue please.

hi Khaiser,

1st: check the status of port and connectivity with help of nipping,Telnet, ping and SM59 .

below note might be helpful

2nd. did you upgrade the kernel patch or not?
