Problem with page format in sapscript

Hi!

We have to print several vertical texts, so, we upload them as bitmap images.

When we print the form using standard letter or legal page format, the texts are printed as they appear in the print preview. But when we change page format to another one we created and print the form, these images are printed bigger than they appear in the print preview.

Do you know what the problem is?

hi,

for this u need to check the resolution of that image.

set the resolution value to reqiured size except 000.

We changed the size of the image and the resolution in the form and it worked.
