Service Desk - Support Message Project

Hello All,

I'm looking for a way to display the Project Name and be able to change it for a Support Message.

You can assign a Solution, Project and Business Process to your Support Message when creating a message with NOTIF_CREATE. You can also use these values to filter the Support Messages in the Transaction Monitor (CRM_DNO_MONITOR). You can also modify the layout for the Transaction Monitor search results to include these values.

However, when you display the Support Message the values aren't anywhere on the Fast Entry tab or Transaction Data tab.

1. Is there a way to display these?

2. Is there a way to change the values?

Hello Jason,

Please see note 947449.

Here is described, as you can display the context Tab again. In this tab you can enter a project, a solution and process steps.

If you create a message from a satellite there is not way to update this information later in Solman.

I copied this to transaction SLFI and while the fields display, I can't save data to them. in CRMV_SSC I copied

SRVO SRV_SLFN_1 SRVO_HD03 19 SRVO_HD_ISSUE 7232

to SRVO SRV_SDCR SRVO_HD03 37 SRVO_HD_ISSUE 7232
