System/IBase not listing anything

While i'm trying to send a message to service desk in solution manager 4 by using NOTIF_CREATE, i didn't get anything in System/IBase list...

Did you create them using transaction IB52?

If you have created Solutions for your systems, in SOLUTION_MANAGER under "Operations Setup / Edit / Initial Transfer for iBase" you can easily load the ibase entries that NOTIF_CREATE uses.

Dear Steven,

I have done Edit->Initial Data Transfer from my solution.

When I click possible entry for System/ Ibase there is no Ibase provided,

But yet still there is no Ibase provided in possible entry.

But if I’ve checked in IB52 there is one Ibase generated contains my solution.

If I create manually the Ibase and I assign it to the generated Ibase in TAB Installation, then it appears in possible entry but without any installation number.

My other question are :

1. How we submit/ attached Installaton Number into our Ibase Master Data ?

2. The Application Component showed, is it depends on client installation number or not?..

3. If we have 2 client connected to our SolMan, can we differentiate Application Component showed hen the client use in Notif_create?
